A passionate believer in product education and superior customer service, Eric Ritter leads the global Customer Support and Training teams at Aeryon. His background includes 12 years at Research In Motion where he held several senior management roles directly focused on RIM’s Enterprise customers in both Technical, Product Management, and Operations.
Eric was also named as a co-inventor on 4 RIM mobile technology focused patents. Over the past 25 years, Eric career has focused on delivering second to none Customer Experience, driving International expansion, and building high-performance teams.
Eric lives with his family in Waterloo, Ontario and enjoys challenging himself with innovative BBQ ideas and scuba diving.
