Aeryon Labs is seeking an experienced mechanical engineer to join our team in the position of Senior Mechanical Designer. The responsibilities for this job depend on the applicant's skills and experience.

Required skills and qualifications

• working knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and 3D solid modeling
• strong mechanical design ability, especially in plastics
• basic aerodynamic knowledge
• basic electrical/electronics knowledge
• ability to learn quickly and work as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• an enthusiastic, independent, and self-motivated attitude

Additional assets

• experience with vacuforming, injection molding, designing with composite materials
• electronics design experience
• knowledge of aerodynamics
• Linux, FreeBSD, or Unix
